dear ladies... sorry for the lack of getting on here... just been really extremely busy in the pool trying to stay a float...

ZUMBA 1 hr
toning 10 min.

Wed.
Pool 45 min
toning 10 min
core 6 min.
Thurs.
30min pool
Fri.
pool 45 min
(huge progress on this day)
Sat.
I think I worked out in my back yard... I did!
let's see... we did cross fit
6 stations at 1 min each x 3 for a total of 18 min.
knee ups
mountain climbers
stair steps
inclined push-ups
swimmer arm and kick abs
plies squats with 5lbs weights
2 min. warm-up was a jog!
